TIMED SUPERVISED EXAM CONDITIONS.

You must register your child for eleven plus lessons, if you haven’s already done so, to benefit from the supervised exam paper practice.

Due to Covid-19 all the lessons will continue to be delivered via ZOOM including the FREE EXAM PAPER PRACTICE.

There is not long to go before The Eleven Plus Exams.

We take your child’s eleven plus exam success seriously.

We are working towards your child achieving over 93% under timed exam conditions in all the eleven plus exam papers, including: ENGLISH, MATHS & VERBAL / NUMERICAL REASONING.

FREE - ALL ELEVEN PLUS LESSONS from NOW will start ONE HOUR EARLIER:

As some may think this offer is too good to be true, please allow me to repeat: The EXTRA HOUR is FREE OF CHARGE.
The extra hour will be devoted to your child doing the exam paper under timed conditions.
The extra hour we be supervised FREE OF CHARGE whilst your child is being timed.
EVERY WEEK will be devoted to exam paper practice.

So please make sure your child is on time for the FREE OF CHARGE exam paper practice.

The teachers will then spend the usual eleven plus lesson going through exam paper corrections, exam technique and effective methods of working out the exam questions.

What do I have to do next?

Booking early is recommended as spaces are limited and offered on a first-come-first served basis.

Call 020 8440 8586 to pay for your child’s place which is required before the Revision Classes. Or pay by bank transfer quoting your child's first & surname as reference to: TASLC LTD, c/o Santander Account Number: 09940628; Sort code: 09-01-29. Please also send an email to: info@afterschoollearning.com confirming when you paid and your child's name and subject.

HOW WILL THE CLASSES WORK?

Here is what we are going to do to improve your child’s chances of passing ALL of the eleven plus exams:

Your child should from now on log on to the Zoom online lesson one hour before the actual lesson time (E.g. Eleven Plus English is normally at 4.30PM on Tuesdays. So your child should be logged on by 3.30PM)

The online Exam from 3.30pm will be supervised

Make sure you have printed the exam paper from the web site or your child can view the paper online and complete their work on lined A4 paper

Please ask your child to write neatly and show working out wherever possible. Your child needs to be able to read what they have written

Your child will do the exam paper under exam conditions – 50 minutes

During the normal lesson itself the teacher will then go through the method for answering the most difficult questions (e.g. in the example given above, the English lesson will take place from 4.30pm)
