Who are the Teachers?

As your child works through their own personalised programme, teachers help solve problems, provide valuable praise and unlock potential whilst encouraging your child to become a confident and independent learner. 

All of our teachers are experienced and qualified. Some of our teachers are recently-retired with a genuine working knowledge and understanding of The National Curriculum. It is the teachers who really make The After-School Learning Centre a unique learning environment.

All of our teachers share a passion for education, as well as the enthusiasm, energy and motivation to build a real rapport with your child.

We work in small groups, with no more than 5 – 7 children to one teacher. Teachers give encouragement and support throughout the child’s session.

This high level of individual attention means that new concepts can be explained and problems addressed as they arise.
